Welcome to the Summer 2024 - Season Registration with USC Karpaty!
This registration session will allow you to complete contact information, sign up for participation, and submit online payment.
Please read through each page carefully to ensure all information is provided accurately.
When choosing a team to add the player, please select a division representing the team named based on the year the players were born. This translates, for example, into:

Upon completing this registration, you will see a charge on your account.
If the registrant wishes to cancel the registration after the payments are submitted, the administration fee of $200.00 will be deducted from the refund amount.
This means that if the Registration payment was $450 for a season after the cancellation is applied, the refund will be calculated along the following formula:
$450.00 for full seasonal payment - $200.00 administration fees = $250.00 to be refunded.
Cancellations can be made within the season's first six weeks; no refunds will be issued after this period.
Fall / Winter Registration Ends: 15-November
* Fall / Winter Season starts 16-October and ends 15-April
Spring / Summer Registration Ends: 15-May
* Spring / Summer Season starts 16-April and ends 15-October
* A late fee will be applied if registered after the deadline has passed for each session
If you register 2 or more players from your family this season, you will receive a $20 discount on each child's registration fee.
To receive this discount, please enter the Sibling code into the Enter Discount Code: field on the last Shopping Cart page of this registration process - before you submit the registration and payments.
You have to do it on each registration submitted for each player you register.
***Failure to do so will result in a forfeiture of your family's discounted rates.***
If you register a player who is a refugee from war-torn Ukraine or you are a person with special circumstances, please talk to the team's Manager to explain your circumstances. This will allow you to obtain a discount code that must be entered into the Enter Discount Code: field on the last Shopping Cart page of this registration process - to finalize your registration submission.
However, all are expected to submit a payment of at least $200 to cover all the basic expenses (such as uniform costs, player registration costs, all office maintenance - office rent, website costs, etc.) - the submitted payment will depend on individual circumstances.
